Sandra McDevitt founded the Emotional Intelligence Institute (EII), a non-profit organization to share this knowledge, knowing that it would greatly help reduce people’s frustrations when dealing with the complexities of their own minds. She has written over 200 pages of EI lesson materials thus far that are shared on the Institute’s website for FREE.
In 2001, after spending over a decade of independent, yet intense study to better understand healthy mind development, Sandra Hughes McDevitt founded the Emotional Intelligence Institute, a non- profit organization to help individuals become more self-aware, better understand the mind, emotionally, and to more intelligently manage their thoughts and behavior.
Sandra currently shares over 200 pages of FREE lesson material on the Institute’s website, e-ii.org, offers an Emotional Intelligence Activity Book for Kids on Amazon.com, and initiates an Emotional Intelligence Awareness Month Campaign each October.
Before her intense study, Sandra had a successful business in the computer industry creating unique training tools for novices, enabling them to quickly learn how to use complex software.
