Eldonna Lewis Fernandez, AS, president of Dynamic Vision International Inc., delivers negotiation, leadership, communication keynotes and trainings to international organizations, corporations and small businesses. Her business is built on a 23-year career as a U.S. Air Force contracts manager, where she negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of domestic and international contracts.
 After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, Eldonna spent 10 years as a contracts negotiator and systems analyst in the aerospace industry. She has authored three books, including Think Like a Negotiator – 50 Ways to Create Win-Win Results by Understanding the Pitfalls to Avoid. She is also a co-author and a contributing author for other books.
In August 2016, Eldonna became the 68th Toastmaster to receive the prestigious Accredited Speaker designation. Only 75 members have earned this title since the program began in 1981, which represents .2 percent of the organization’s membership, which exceeds 352,000.
